Matt, I've known you and played beside you for over a decade. Even though we never met offline, I counted you as a true friend, someone whom I could talk to about anything. You were intelligent, honest, hard working. Just a few weeks ago, we were talking about the security system that your boss wanted but couldn't have with the restrictions he was placing on you. It is just so strange to know that I'll never have the honor of talking to you again. Your loss is felt not only by your friends and family in California, but by people across the world. You touched the lives of people literally everywhere. People who knew you, yet never met you, have shed tears over your loss, and I am proud to admit I am one of them.
I truly hope that you rest in peace Matt. You will be missed.
