Season 29 Round 12 Schedule
#1
Round 11 results:

6/5 4:04 pm Nguyens def Assassins 6-5 log

6/5 4:02 pm Llamas def Happy Mob 11-9 log

6/5 3:59 pm Rebels def StarFire Elite 12-8 log

6/5 2:22 pm !norating def LSF 12-0 log

6/5 2:17 pm Sterling def The Dark 12-0 log

Nguyens vs. Assassins was a 45 minute (minus ossi's peetime) grind.

hedcase8 finished 4-1 vs. Happy Mob, he was in with HWAP 2v4 and Llamas won the game. That's always fun. Happy Mob apparently set their !fullsub incorrectly, using it on a deathsub.

vt 7-2, 5 FR vs. SFE.

The other 2 matches were no-shows.

Standings after Round 11:

1 Nguyens 9-2 49 0.613 -- Nguyens will be #1 after regular season. Congratulations to us, hooray.

2 Assassins 7-4 30 0.609 -- fixed K/D

3 Sterling 7-4 12 0.579

4 The Dark 6-5 11 0.574

5 Rebels 6-5 8 0.461

6 !norating 6-5 -1 0.451

--- PRO / AML SPLIT ---

7 Llamas 6-5 -1 0.458

8 Happy Mob 5-6 14 0.454

9 LSF 2-9 -65 0.386

10 StarFire Elite 1-10 -55 0.416

Nguyens vs. The Dark - 3rd and obviously final in regular <img src='http://www.subspace.co/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' /> More important for The Dark, although in a 6-6 multi-tie I think they have the others in HtH. Pro might take 7 wins though.

Assassins vs. Sterling - 2nd, still final, winner will claim #2 and get a BYE (or a prac against Nguyens if they want to)

Rebels vs. !norating - 2nd, final, important.

Llamas vs. LSF - Important for Llamas, LSF cannot make pro.

Happy Mob vs. StarFire Elite - Important for Happy Mob, SFE cannot make pro. Unsure if Happy Mob can either. Let's pretend there's a mathematical chance in there with a 6-6 tie...

3pm:

Happy Mob vs. StarFire Elite

Rebels vs. !norating

Assassins vs. Sterling

4pm:

Llamas vs. LSF

Nguyens vs. The Dark

What you talking about Caerbaddnog. If we win there will be a 6-6 tie between us and rebels or !norating for sure and possibly llamas as well. Which will put it at k/d which will mean we make it PRO 100% since we are already leading the 6-5 teams in k/d and with 1 of them losing and us winning ours gets better and theirs gets worse. Llamas and the loser of rebels and !norating will be behind us if we win against SFE. Thus rocketing us 2 spots to 6th and in to PRO. Analysis complete.

It doesn't go straight K/D after your W/L is tied.

From the rules:

4.1 -- More on scheduling

Repeat match-up count is max 3, gap is 2 weeks. Playoff tie-breakers work like they did last season, all squads at a tied W/L will be compared head-to-head, then hth kd, then games played vs. tied-and-above teams (easy-to-see SOS).

Oh clearly I didn't realize that we used 2 different standing systems... maybe this rule below should point to 4.1 as well as 4.2 then...

4.0.1 -- Basic Standings rules. The season standings will be W/L -> K/D -> HtH if available -> And for early rounds a coin-toss or other abstract call until a better way is discovered. Playoff standings in 4.2.

Or really 4.1 tie-breaker portion should be in rule 4.2 instead probably.

Yep. I went looking for the rule under 4.2. too and wondered where it is since I remember writing it in there somewhere.

I'll edit the rules, but I won't do it now so the date on the post doesn't look as shady... or the edit date, rather.

Game IDs... just in case there actually is a thunderstorm while I'm supposed to do stuff.

As long as the bots are there, it's !refload gameid and !announce then !start if teams don't !ready
