old ASWZ site
#1
Hello,

I used to play ASWZ a long time ago. Great times <img src='http://www.subspace.co/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' /> I just ran into the new http://www.aswz.org site. Are there enough players to play a flagging game now and then? If the timezone differences allow it (I'm in GMT+1), I can try to join.

Back in the time I made a two maps for ASWZ. The second never got finished. I remember making some changes to it a while ago, but it seems these have gotten lost during a Windows reinstall. I do think I uploaded it to a then-current ASWZ site. It might have been aswz.net. Who was running that site? Or does someone else have a copy of the maps that were stored on that site?

Cheers!

People have helped me gather a bunch of old maps. In the next week or so I aim to complete my abortive project of making a nice repository on aswz.org. Sorry for the delay.

For now, I've got a large (and still growing) pile of them at http://maps.aswz.org/maps/

Thanks, but I've stumbled upon my the last version of that map on the computer in my parents home <img src='http://www.subspace.co/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' />

In the meantime, I've filled up the remaining space with more bases. You can find it (falloutcity) along with a bunch of other maps here: http://www.mos6581.org/subspace/

Make sure you send those maps to div so he can add them to the rest.

Cheers,

Sorry it took so long. My old server that the aswz.net site was archived on had a bad power supply. Here's the zip with 156 maps.
