S30 Finals - Caerbannog - 12-14-2011
PRO Finals will be between Team KN and Sterling
AML Finals will be between team maimer and !norating
Both series start at 3pm. Games 2 and 3 are scheduled for 4 and 5pm. They will be player either on the hour, or after a short break after the first game has ended based on what the squads want.
The season will be over after this weekend. I'll be looking to get a new season going sometime in January.
The Semi-Finals:
Sterling beat Nguyens 5-4, 1 second into the overtime, after some amazing (really lucky and totally random) saving Tool in a box while bricked play. Slow game, tightly played apart from a few randomly suicided kills both ways. Sterling were lobbing multi around and running away with rockets, much like they always whine about other squads doing <img src='http://www.subspace.co/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' />Team KN beat Assassins 8-7, the game was a bit faster than Sterling vs. Nguyens, and the kills were more random. Also develop insists he had anti-warp on when KinGNGuyen laid a portal, warped to it, and killed him.
The Dark no-showed vs. !norating
team maimer casually eased Die Antwoord, which was to be expected since Candyman played.
