First half of games. For maximum intensity I think we'll fix the second half to match squads close to each other after the first 7 matches to meet closer to the end. Umm.. at least for a few squads.
Council people might want to consider 1) Roster lock dates 2) Play-off splits / format (4+4 no byes or 6+2 or 2bye-4-2bye -> 4+4)
