And I'm pretty sure rostered pilots will be locked on to their respective squads before round 7. And playoffs will probably be 2 byes, 4 pro, 2 aml.

Starting at 11:59pm ET of the day before game day (Saturday night) for the day of round <50% of the season rounded down>, no players may be removed from rosters, but unrostered players may be added. All roster changes are done by the League Op in response to a Captain making a Roster Change Request.
So that is approaching quite quickly. Clear out your inactives while you can!
