Rosters locked for editing, everyone (or very close to it) on more than one squad removed from all the rosters. Feel free to tell me which one you actually want to be a part of.
And yes, you can still change your squad. But you cannot change your alias. The roster lock dates for existing players, new players and dissolve thingies shall be revealed a bit later.
