Hello,


Just wanted to give everyone a brief update on where we are and what's happening with League. We need to get the seasons started, however, there are a couple things holding us back at present.  As per the list below, we currently have 8 confirmed teams:

1. DDPM
2. Godkiller
3. Llamas
4. StarFire Elite
5. Symphony
6. The Comeback
7. B.I.A.
8. Sterling
   

Whilst we do not have enough teams to start a new season, I have unlocked rosters so people can move about.

Once we have 6 confirmed teams and rosters, we can then have a short pre-season before beginning the new season in full.

Hello Chitlins,

This is just a quick post to say a few things...

Firstly, I'd like to thank Hallu for his continued presence and all that he does for our league, but also for having faith in me to take over this role.

I would also like to thank Caerbannog for his decade+ service to the league. He accomplished a lot of good things whilst in charge and I would like to say a personal thank you to him for that service.

Also, to everyone on the forums, Discord, and in game who put my name forward for this position - thank you. I will do my utmost to be available and to help us make the league something we all enjoy.  

Lastly, to the new league champions Llamas for their win, but also to OUTLAWS who helped make this most recent Pro Finals one of the best in recent memory.

With that said, I am away on holidays now for the next two weeks but will try to check in on Discord as much as the missus will allow.  On my return I will be getting stuck in with a view to getting the new season up and running ASAP.  There are some great ideas floating around and we'll look to iron out the details before moving forward. It goes without saying that if you want to reach me the best way is through either a PM on this forum or catch me on Discord.  Will see you all upon my return.

Peeking Duck will take over whatever Kdak and Develop don't handle.
You only get one initial chance of being useful, I'd recommend you use it, rather than attempt to make it as hard for him as possible.

Kdak might also run events (like friendly fire 4v4, which we played after the finals) before Season 44? is a go.

There's also something else in the works, which I won't share here since it's super secret.

Also also if someone wants to have a go at the A1 graphic, go for it. Otherwise I'll update it in uhh.. a week or so?

Here are the fourish topics that are actual topics, apart from willing in Sterling and The Dark returning. And attempting to tell everyone to quit to uhh.. well for great benefit, surely. Cause seeing others play when you're pretty much done would be afwul, Euri?

Candyman:
Can all of the captains also agree not to start this god damn season before we've discussed some changes around here, regarding zone, settings, conducts and whatnot?
- You'll have to be more specific unless you want to focus on whatever things others bring up.

Seriel Killer:
1. Change leadership

2. Make ships that are not playable in league stronger so there is more balance between ships, currently absolutely nobody uses jav/shark in league, very very rarely spider, make them a bit stronger so people can at least try out new settings in off season.
- Like I said before, in-game, sure. But you'll have to actually suggest a change to the javelin or shark or spider. Saying "make it better" or "fix it" are not specific enough to try.

3. I don't know about roster lock but since the community is low, remove roster lock until playoffs, allow switching from team to team with one week delay to prevent abuse.
- Almost specific enough, except as stated here it's one massive loophole.

Also now would probably be a good time for any season 43 captains to find players for their mightiest of teams. It tends to be harder during the off-season.
