Unable to Enter Zone

Hello,

For the past week I haven't been able to log into Chaos. There's an ID error that pop-ups on the screen or the ship just loads without ever entering the arena.
This seems to happen no matter
which zone I attempt to enter. I reached out to a few players on discord and they seem to be able to log in with no issues.

Any help would be appreciated.
