I've read the prac logs that we're dealing with here. Surrey did not threaten to ban you. Also at this point that would make no difference, since he has as much access to any bans as you do. The seven people part, well, I don't know about the exact number but your shenanigans are generally not found hilarious. I could believe they told surrey to ban you, just cause they don't like you any more than Surrey does.
What they may have failed to realize is the fact stated above, Surrey cannot ban anyone <img src='http://www.subspace.co/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
