So rosterlock is before this Sunday? And rosters need to be finalized before then?

Caer means that the rosters are locked so players can't just randomly change names if they do bad or want to change their name or move from squad to squad, but if you are adding new people you have to go through a mod so they can add them for you.  If that makes sense.
