In a word, no. There's really only two options for fixing it.
1. The hosting company identifies and fixes the issue.
2. We change hosts.
I agree with Nacre that it's at least a Tier 2 problem, but that doesn't mean it will be rectified anytime soon. Also, have to remember that a 'problem' for SS players is generally not a problem for an ISP as we have very strict packet loss limits to play our little game. Since option number two is out of the question, the only thing we can do is wait. Fingers crossed.
