Video Capture of matches

I started recording the playoffs last weekend getting both the 1st games of the Pro playoffs. However, I'm wondering what kind of settings pempu and nacre are using. It would seem I'm getting a slight jumpiness in my recordings. Possibly because of me running it at 2880x1620 through weasals program? But most likely because my settings are a bit off what they should be. Any input would be appreciated.
