I would suppose the slippery slope argument is used here.
Ban el poopie because no one wants to play with him and who's next? And can we also use the logic of holding up arenas to ban, say, Three here cause he won't pick el poopie even if he's in spec?

And can we use it to ban midnight? To the best of my knowledge, all he ever does is sit in spec and attempt to rile people up with incoherent nonsense.
