I cannot imagine a draft league without a pool of draftees to choose from. I don't think it would work. Part of the excitement is rating and comparing all the different draft picks. A draft where captains pick from existing players to the best of their knowledge doesn't sound like a draft at all. It just sounds like 5 more squads.

Means that the pool will be all the people currently rostered & any extra people who sign up from chaos pub or so. If we get even one of these new guys per draft squad, I'm forcing them to be the first picks of each captain... just cause <img src='http://www.subspace.co/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':clapping:' />
We can still have a thread for "I am really interested in this" for a pool to help captains I guess.
Also I think there has to be a max X out of one squad limit. Logically, the captains should know better than to try to pick their own team or every Assassin/Nguyen available due to the players then potentially being tied up elsewhere, but who knows.
