4/22 3:46 pm FTNguyen def Rebels 12-7 log
4/22 3:00 pm StarFire Elite def Llamas 12-9 log
4/22 2:41 pm Assassins def MiS 12-1 log
FTNGuyen vs. Rebels was a strange game. There were brief times of teamwork, but mostly it was super sloppy by both teams. A really pretty portal -> gunduel -> repkill also took place at the end.
StarFire Elite _WON_ over Llamas. This is their first real win since their win over Happy Mob back on June 18th, 2011. !gameid 101274 to see the stats from that. As for the Llama win, INRI forced 9 repels. Something Dutch forced 3 (but was 0-3). And SFE had a total of 6 WR in 9 kills, way below their average. JOCKER was the first out at 22:26, my reporters tell me he recently changed his keyboard and remapped some keys.
Assassins vs. MiS was played as a 3v3, and wasn't very exciting. Dre lost a duel to candyman, though.
Standings R11/12:
1 FTNguyen 11-0 82 0.539
2 Assassins 8-3 58 0.527
3 Rebels 7-4 32 0.529
4 MiS 6-5 15 0.562
5 Llamas 3-8 -26 0.552
6 Sterling 2-3 -13 0.622
7 StarFire Elite 2-9 -58 0.528
8 Renegade 1-5 -54 0.518
9 BYE Round 0-3 -36 0.379
Schedule for the final round, playoffs will kick off next weekend with #3v#6, #3v#5. #1 will pick the match-up, whose winner they want for semis:
3pm:
FTNGuyen vs. StarFire Elite
Llamas vs. MiS
4pm:
Rebels vs. Assassins -- Ass is already #2, because when their 12-1 loss in a 2v2 vs. Sterling is converted to a 12-0 bye win like it should, they are in fact 9-2. Sorry Rebels, I did not check this last week. You needed to win on Sunday.

4/15 2:34 pm Rebels def StarFire Elite 12-1 log
4/15 2:33 pm FTNguyen def MiS 12-1 log
Sika reached the ever so magical 10 FR in their game vs. Llamas. Much tanking was involved.
Rebels vs. SFE was played out 3v3 it seems. Ra selfishly hogged six kills to himself.
FTNGuyen vs. MiS started out as a 3v3. Then pseudo showed up. Then it was 4v4. For a whole 3:42, which was enough for pseudo to die three times. Then most of MiS just jumped to spec. In general I will miss SS when it dies, but there are exceptions.
Standings 10/12:
1 FTNguyen 10-0 77 0.538
2 Assassins 7-3 47 0.524
3 Rebels 7-3 37 0.495
4 MiS 6-4 26 0.549
5 Llamas 3-7 -23 0.582
6 Sterling 2-3 -13 0.626
7 Renegade 1-5 -54 0.516
8 StarFire Elite 1-9 -61 0.551
9 BYE Round 0-3 -36 0.381
FTNGuyen already guaranteed #1 spot and thus a spot in the (best of 3) semi-finals. The #2 seed will also get a bye until semis.
The #2 slot is still a three squad race as far as I can tell.
3pm:
StarFire Elite vs. Llamas
Assassins vs. MiS
4pm:
FTNGuyen vs. Rebels

Round 9 Results:
4/8 4:00 pm FTNguyen def Assassins 10-7 log
4/8 2:54 pm Rebels def Llamas 12-7 log
4/8 2:29 pm MiS def StarFire Elite 12-2 log
FTNGuyen vs. Assassins was the only 4v4 game, and not a very high caliber one. Many bombs were lobbed and caught. The stats spread around rather evenly.
Rebels actually had more than 3, but started 3v3 vs. Llamas. They later put in their extra players and eventually won "12"-7.
MiS vs. SFE was 3v3 too, but finished much faster than Rebels vs. Llamas.
Standings R9/12:
1 FTNguyen 9-0 66 0.534
2 MiS 6-3 37 0.513
3 Assassins 6-3 36 0.541
4 Rebels 6-3 26 0.535

Round 8 Results:
4/1 4:02 pm MiS def Rebels 11-6 log
4/1 2:39 pm FTNguyen def Llamas 12-5 log
4/1 2:22 pm Assassins def StarFire Elite 12-0 log
MiS vs. Rebels was a umm... tough/tight/even game. It wasn't the pinnacle of subspace combat, but the game was close so the players in should've enjoyed it. Captor ended up with 9FR, BARBARIAN got the MVP on bots for 4-3 with 7FR and 2WR and a TKO on Ra.
Ra (-3) (OUT) BARBARIAN (-1) Jinxi 6-6 (OUT) 39:07 12. That kill, not surprisingly, swung the game in MiS' favor.
FTNGuyen vs. Llamas was another sloppy game by both teams. Freebies were given both ways, although Llamas wasted way more repels. FTNGuyen picked up that faggot Rambo and his friend Hawkeye, and had both start. One of them finished 3-1 7FR, the other 1-1 4FR.
And finally, I think Assassins beat their previous time, and finished SFE in 7:33. I suspect some lagging was done, since SFE have about 12 WR total.
Standings R8/12:
1 FTNguyen 8-0 63 0.526
2 Assassins 6-2 39 0.5
3 MiS 5-3 27 0.549
4 Rebels 5-3 21 0.553
5 Llamas 3-5 -7 0.564
6 Sterling 2-3 -13 0.618
7 StarFire Elite 1-7 -40 0.537
8 Renegade 1-5 -54 0.525
9 BYE Round 0-3 -36 0.38
Schedule for Round 9:
3pm:
StarFire Elite vs. MiS
Llamas vs. Rebels
4pm:
FTNGuyen vs. Assassins

3/18 2:05 pm StarFire Elite def BYE Round 12-0 log
Assassins played Llamas for about 17 minutes, by which time Llamas had 2 slots on the last life. Somewhere around the 20 minute mark Sika subbed in and Llamas proceeded to gift him for 6 kills.
Renegade no-showed, while MiS were sitting tight in the game arena, thinking I was on some secret conspiracy of one to make it a double no-show if they left it after I had seem them there.
By this no-show, Renegade is axed from league. Which means I'll redo the second part of the schedule with 6 teams to not have bye weeks (since Sterling and Renegade are both out).
6 teams means straight semi-finals for squads 1 and 2, quarters for the rest. Since Subspace and most other games will die on May 15th, Semis will also be best of 3. (although it will already be past May 15 by the time)
FTNGuyen vs. Rebels was a rather good game until Masterlord died twice in less than 2 minutes (OUT!), having wasted 3 repels total. I don't even think we used offensive repels for those kills.
The highlight of the game was when BARBARIAN decided it would be hilarious to spec when dying. I was so entertained I banned him for a week.
SFE dominated BYE Round with their superior strategies.
Standings R6/12:
1 FTNguyen 6-0 49 0.568
2 MiS 4-2 28 0.501
3 Assassins 4-2 21 0.501
4 Rebels 4-2 14 0.564
5 Llamas 2-4 -12 0.524
6 Sterling 2-3 -13 0.601

Sterling no-showed and officially dissolved. Feel free to steal their players if you have room.
Rule for having room: Players on your roster without a game played can be removed to be replaced by players on Sterling.
Llamas beat SFE in a game where Street Fighter got a kill! Well, three, really. Boosting his stats up to 3-7 over 4 games, ouch <img src='http://www.subspace.co/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' ' /> I didn't really see the game so I cannot comment on how it went apart from that.
Renegade no-showed, which makes it their 2nd no-show over all. Two more and they are out too. Then I'll re-do the schedule for squads not to have byes in the second round robin thingy phase.
FTNGuyen vs. MiS was closer than some people and a bunny might've thought. Realdeal decided to show-up, forced 5 repels and went 1-1 before being subbed by hibachi at 27:31. A few minutes after that GRAMPS died out, making it 6-7 in favor of MiS and 3v4.
pez, that traitor, was carrying Jinxi, Captor and Candy, ultimately finishing 7-3. With assistance from TVB he also TKO'd Jinxi at 37:00. Candyman and Captor followed at 39:32 and 41:20, TVB gifted pez one final time making it 1v2, until pez was pewpew'd down.
(incorrect*) Standings after R5/14 or close to 14:
1 FTNguyen 5-0 42 0.54
2 Rebels 4-1 21 0.473
3 MiS 3-2 16 0.537
4 Assassins 3-2 12 0.497
5 Llamas 2-3 -3 0.49
6 Sterling 2-3 -13 0.597
7 Renegade 1-4 -42 0.44
8 StarFire Elite 0-5 -33 0.427
*all games against Sterling should be 12-0 wins, since that's what the BYE rounds will be.
Schedule for Round 6, in EDT, which is the current summery time of the east cost of the US - Europe follows around the 25th:
3pm:
SFE vs. BYE Round -- 104138
FTNGuyen vs. Rebels -- 104139
4pm:
Renegade vs. MiS -- 104140
Llamas vs. Assassins -- 104141
