We've made some progress:

 

1) Chaos/League now shows in the directory server listings:

 

sscentral.sscuservers.net

dirserver.ssnecentral.net

ssdir.playsubspace.com

 

You only need one of these - sometimes some of them won't show the zone - try a different one.

 

Chaos/League is listed as SSCXX Chaos/League Zone SVS (two X's)

(NOT "SSCX Chaos/League Zone SVS" - that's the old IP and shows 10 players)

 

Double click on the zone name to add it (it will become bold and green).

 

Note: when you add this, you will re-download all the zone level files.

 


 

2) Some people still cannot connect to the zone - try this:

 

Go to the continuum dir, right click the continuum.exe file, and select "Run As Administrator"

It's Sage. I'm squadless and I'd like to play league again.

 

Since I don't own my name anymore, I'm using the name Vayne at the moment.

 

 

Need someone to help me reset my password, not only do I not have it for subspace, but apparently someone has registered my name on here for the forums.  Any help would be excellent.

Just wondering what your opinions are guys.

 

I understand that everyone wants to move up and play in the big leagues, however... it does not seem like the top squads have any room for new players. You may have some room on the roster, but what about playing in actual games?

 

How can a new player assert themselves if the existing squad has a solid core they always use and rely on?

 

Does it feel good to win a championship if you only play in 5% to 10% of the games?

 

I built a squad with my pals and we won AML in our first season. That to me, feels better than riding the bench all season long.

 

So, what is the incentive? Wouldn't it feel better to earn the win? To really fight for it? Isn't that what this game is all about... playing it?

Does anyone remember or have any logs from "Season One" or even pyramid seasons before that?

 

I'm sure ONE had more than 4 players on their roster that season. That ...... on the map always bothered me. It's a small matter, just curious.

I went to update the directory server list on client and this happened:

 

 

 

then went to look for http://sshq.net/zone/24/SSCX_ChaosLeague_Zone_SVS and it's something to do with zone not registered to directory server:

 

 

Assassins hold the title once again.

Season 36 will start at an undecided date. Why? Because there are a few things that should be handled before season 36. Like someone rewriting the rule about using more than three lives and/or otherwise cheating in league. I believe hallu is looking to fix a few issues on the bots, and someone will mention something about ship settings for sure.

 

Plus the league format has to be decided. Fairly sure it'll remain close to what it is, though. Anyways, post here or message me in-game (on Caerbannog+, I don't really ever log on to my other names) about joining, returning, etc.
